Interesting Tribunal Summary
Happen to be surfing the AFL website as I had nothing really better to do... Came across the Tribunal history under the stats part of the website
Out of the 43 weeks handed out this sesaon we took 11 weeks of them and the AFL only made a lazy 106,500 bucks on fines..
No suprize that every single case that went up that we have 100% guitly record.
If our runner hadn't gone into an ump we would have only paid 900 bucks this season in fines. Mini was the only player for be fined for 2007.

If you click on club it will sort the order out in club order.

I am excited to stay at St Kilda and this is a great result for the Club and all our fans. I’m proud to be part of the Saints and am pleased to be playing football with the Clubâ€

Somebody quoted me some interesting stats recently - about Barry Hall.
How many times he went to the tribunal, how often he was found guilty, and how many weeks he got - compare his record with St Kilda to his record with Sydney.
I can't remember the figures now but if correct they were quite startling.

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts.
Howdy all...
Some interesting stats from this years home and away season.

AFL TRIBUNERAL
Number of Appearances 124
Matches Suspended 43
Fines $106,500
Guilty 113
Of those 124 players up, 47 (or 38%) were from NON VICTORIAN teams (21 Freo Appearances)
77 (62%) were from Vic teams. (8 Saints)
The non Vic teams Received 8 weeks Suspesion (6 to Freo)
Vic teams received 35 Weeks. (11 to the Saints)
So that means the Non Vic teams received 18% of the weeks given compared to the 82% of games suspended from Vic clubs. (of Which the Saints got 32%)
So yeah, seems fair ay? Hmmmph
