it was interesting reading the stats and scores in the paper, jeez gilbo playing like a 100 game veteran for consistency.

probably wont get votes because he isn't flashy or he isn't marked as a star but even on the Bigfooty forum, a fair few folks were eyeing off gilbo as a good get.

i think on stats form he's right up there.

one thing AGAINST him is his consistency, he doesn't seem to be the player that gets 30 possessions and 4 goals one game and does nothign for a fortnight.

he seems to be getting his 16/17 possies a week and doing disciplined footy, which gets picked up in say stats competitions but not in voting competitions.
