Allowing for previous records and one of them being given the opportunity for an early plea, Baker gets 7 and Green can take 2.
But why was Baker's judged more serious in the first place?
Consistency? Pffft!

The MRP assessed the incident as Intentional conduct, high contact and medium 
impact.
This resulted in a level 4 offence.
Impact ratings are low, medium, high and severe.
Given that Williams was left hunched over for some time I would have thought that the impact would have been assessed as a minimum of high.
A rating of high would have changed the charge to a level 5 offence and 425 points which probably would have been a 3 game ban with discounts and early pleas.
There is no consistency, only AFL.
