yeah who knows how right/wrong he is...he just said there'll be no action but the club were filthy...

Being filthy just doesnt cut it anymore Im afraid......a stance needed to be taken IMO - we are being rooted frequently.

We're all annoyed, but does anybody actually think that taking this any further would result in Bakes' suspension being overturned? I can't see it happening. All we can really do now is move on without him.

i don't really care if theres basically no chance of overturning the decision and it'll cost us a bit of money

thats not the point

we have to make a stand NOW, to show the AFL and football public that this whole ordeal was a farce, and we're not going to stand for it now or in the future

we must make a stand!

As many have said - the point now is to send a message to the AFL.

I dont know bout any other saints fans but EVERYTIME one of our players goes up before this farce you just know the results are gonna be a disaster - Gehrigs tummy tap on J ason Joke a few yrs back still rankles me....

Im sick of being the AFL test case.....so next time it occurs a Collingwood or Essendon can walk free and the AFL can say..."yeah but we've changed the rules now..." its just not on and it is absolutely to do with IMO being a largely unsuccessful AFL STILL struggling for genuine clout with the big boys despite being a proven drawcard in recent yrs.
