I wonder whether the Council will see it as a reward, and for what?

What do they have to do to get another reward next year I wonder?

Can reward points be accumulated (a bit like the finals arrangement year to year at the MCG)?

mightn't be a reward when they have to gravel a further area to cater for the cars-

As long as it isn't as cold as the centre of the Arctic Circle like last time, I'll go.
