I have zero confidence that we'll appeal it.

Ken Sheldon's post hearing comments make we even less confident (if that's possible).

On what grounds would we appeal?

Agree.

Kenny sounded weak and gutless.

He is surely on the way out very soon (is that confirmed??).

I was hoping to hear him say "Yes, we will definitely appeal" rather than "we have until 12 noon and we will consider our options" claptrap.

Think that is a bit harsh on Kenny...may already know an appeal is inevitable but is playing it cool....must still go through the process of appeal...if that is lost then an anouncement re legal action would be appropriate and not before...play the game and don't give the ba$tards any advantage re notice of intentions
