1. Establishment of Guilt (Guilty)
2. Establishment of criteria for weeks (5 weeks)
3. Addition of Points hanging over (2 weeks)
4. Deduction for Early Plea/Clean Record (0 weeks)
It's point 1 that has failed us this week. I agree with the other points, if point 1 was infact true (which can't and shouldn't be proven).

yeh, 7 weeks for baker.
i mean it makes perfect sense, no footage of baker and he gets 7 weeks, while barry hall had a camera right infront of him, and he gets to play the next week. so according to that tribunal rule, baker should have gotten 9 weeks

Fremantle trainer Barry Kirkwood also gave evidence telling the tribunal that Baker ran in from about 20 metres away from Farmer from 'a diagonal direction' and made contact with him.

Once again we have been screwed over by the tribunal, and a seemingly corrupt AFL.
To get 7 weeks based on nothing more than innuendo shows how completely screwed the system is.
Well I guess this adds another chapter to the St Kilda-Freo saga. Look out next time we play those lowlife wankers.
