How do they know he didn't try head butting someone and came off 2nd best???

Exactly HSV if i ram into the back of your car its my fault, irregardless of whether you stop quickly, same thing here! or hang on a minute maybe Bakes has eyes in the back of his head??? Farmer should go for making contact just because he came off second best not our problem.
