Injuries

Post: # 436094Post hotdish »

Seems that Hudghton could have a corkie and perhaps miss one week.

What happened to R Harvey? Didn't see him go off but read on fanfooty he went of in Q3 into the race. Didn't sound good.

Hopefully, he just got concussed or something and didn't do a hammie again

Any other concerns?

Well Bakes will probably get rubbed out, because the channel 10 commentators have just dobbed him in. No footage, but Michael Voss has given a wonderful description of what happened. Unbelievable that they can do that.

Hudghton corky? There was no one within 10 metres of him!

Gehrig emerged from scans yesterday saying he was "as sweet as a bun"

not an injury but there will be an inquiry into the baker/farmer thing...
Fingers crossed they cant get any footage of what happened. Otherwise he'll go for a few weeks.
On one hand i really want to see the footage of baker dropping farmer... but on the other i want baker to get off.

Ok its a saints freo game, so watch for a new ruling on suspending players without video footage.

the tribunal'll have to rely on witnesses to the event. etc. no video footage, so hopefully it'll be thrown out.

Bakes will be very lucky if this is thrown out from what I've heard.

Harvs has apparently strained a quad but its not to bad.. May miss one, but not long term.. Obviosuly this is just initial thoughts, 'scans on monday' will tell the full story.. But it doesnt sound too bad..

heard ken sheldon speaking about it on the way home,

max; quad injury.. seems pretty serious, will be a concern for a few weeks
harves; unsure of severity, will assess tomorrow

host; "ken did you speak to rob about what he thought he had done?"
ken; "yes, and can you guess what his response was?"
host; "i'll be right"

and kosi was more precautionary than anything else

Max would be our biggest loss out of all the injuries! I hope none of them are too severe. Godspeed guys!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!
