Matthew Lloyd bleeds for the Saints. He only has our best interest at heart.
He also has Max King's welfare and mental health in mind when he does his annual television and radio blitz about the young man whenever he has a bad day.
If Ratten truly thinks that Kings technique isnt the problem, then he shouldn't even be the janitor at the Saints, let alone the head coach. And it reeks of arrogance when any business,/corporation/organization won't look at outside help if required. They've had plenty of time to fix his goal kicking and it's not working, so admit your failure and do something about it. That's what good businesses do. We seem to have a coach with an outdated game plan and unable to realistically evaluate his situation. And we have him another 2 years!!. Going to be an expensive handshake if we send him packing next year, if things don't improve dramatically.

In essence 1/ that Max has a very poor goalkicking action and 2/ that St Kilda are doing f*** all about improving what is a bad action as they know best.
Wasn't Lloyd Max's coach in school footy for 2 years? Why didn't he say something then?

Relax Lloyd dislikers, Lloyd said on Footy Claasified it's a 6 month job for someone to work with Max on his goalkicking , he then said he would have to give up his media work to do it
and he won't be doing that, so it won't be him helping Max.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

The club doesn't use the term "janitor" anymore because of it's ties to our yobbo past the correct term is "ablution engineer" I will care for you to remember that in future
