Remember this is how Steele learnt his trade. Chase good players around , learn running patterns , how to lose players in traffic etc. 2 years time moves form tagger to key mid. Can only hope
I reckon the transmission might be quicker than that. He smashes Lachie Neale, who is to say he’s not ready next season or even now.

Perhaps, but chasing good players around helps so much with running patterns etc, especially for juniors coming in who traditionally have been see ball get ball

Some players arrive on the scene very suddenly. Maybe he is one of those. We’ll see

Both Owens and Windy have got such quick and clean hands. And both so tough for teenagers.

The role I hope he takes on is senior leadership. Seems to have what it takes and not to be one to accept our lack of team cohesion and on field marshalling (not a pun). My hope is he and Owens spark a new improved culture. Backed by that Braveheart Clark. We need a new wave.
