Just an observation.

Has anyone noticed how happy the players look out on the grd and in the rooms ?
They genuinely look as though they are enjoying themselves. The way they get around each other on the grd after a good bit of play.
The deep breaths before the bounce...
Whatever the club is doing , whatever work place environment they are establishing it's working.

What the club is doing is winning. Everything falls into place if you are winning!!!

St Kilda should never trade with Essendon and Sydney ever again!!!

Yes. I discovered the research through Google: "Wide Range Achievement Test"

Psychologists for many years have been studying WRAT...

https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/ps ... ement-test

we sometimes refer to it in the plural...As in ...the "Ratts" effect  8-)

Having a competent coach and a very good coach is what it's all about

David Rath says Ratts deserves a contract extension.
As the club is really going well both on field and on field.
Ratts, on AFL 360, spoke better than in a post-match presser.
He seems to be able to connect with the whole squad

Yes agree, they look happy.
Part is playing decent footy with your mates, the balance as suggested by Paddy on the coach was the care for each other factor.
They have a good mix at the moment.

How much does being back at Moorabbin and the new facilities have to have had an effect on this?

Given our location and new facilities we are or at least should be now a very attractive proposition
