Just more poor team management from our club

Literally left with two ruckman, and now the saviour I guess is the 29yo Campbell who at best is a poor mans McKernan

I am left astounded by what our strategy (if any ) is?

PS And god forbid we go for Mason Cox, that could just about be a straw looking for a camel

Not AFL standard unfortunately. Never going to be part of a premiership winning side.

Sure, but we are sort of left swinging now.

Don’t know what you expect us to have. We have a aging ruck a excellent long term ruck and a highly rated kid ruck. Probably on par in terms of ruck depth as anyone.

Max Heath might just get a game in his first season.

Is your name David King? It's easy to hurl abuse.
That have Max Heath in the wings.

Yeah true that we have Heath. But we did go for Xerri and missed. So there's clearly a need there. Tom Campbell?????? I seriously hope not. The delisted ruckman fifth in line at the bottom team. Sure to be a winning strategy.

Ruckmen are scarce these days. There seems to be a dearth of ruckman in that 23 to 27 year old bracket. Unless you already have ruck depth it'll be pretty damn hard to find some. No point slamming the club. We went after Xerri but North Melbourne took the Adrian Dodoro approach. Thank goodness we didn't cave to their ridiculous demand. With luck, he'll be ours at the end of next season.

Abuse? I think as a long term member of the club I am entitled to ask questions

Max Heath 18yo and untried may be the next Carl Ditterich but that is a huge ask

I am not going to go through all the lists but you expect me to consider that an 18yo is going to be our 3rd choice and given Ryders age etc etc probably have to play around 8 games in 2022 and that will be ok

Good effort Paul Hunter, filled a need with a late call up after training for a role in the SANFL.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

Isn't it a case of the market being incredibly thin for choices?

Who else is available/gettable?

It's a player recession in a way.

I hope you are not seriously suggesting we should have hung on to Hunter?
