I'm more concerned with Geary, constantly turns the ball over.

Re: 2016 Will Be Worse Than 2015
2016 will be tougher for sure but our team will be tougher as well the pleasing part of this year is we have been in games for longer then last year I hope that trend continues into next year that might not mean more wins but it will mean longer periods of us playing stronger

Re: Richo on AW 19/8
Getting annoyed with his "members' email" It comes across just like a politician's ramblings, and exactly same type of words as his press conference. "We weren't strong at the contest, we weren't strong at the stoppage..." All hollow empty words. Cliché after cliché. Why does he...

Re: Holmes to debut?
good luck to the guy .. he is obviously a very driven individual to be up to this level after only two years of knowing about football - I hope the club gave enough notice so his family could fly over for his debut .. the one point I think is we all need to be mindful of expectations on him I for o...

reading between the lines I think we are being talked up to be interested in all these players to keep us relevant during this last month before the finals start... realistically we are going to be hard pressed to win another gameso we need to keep the momentum growing to build some hype and hope he...

I reckon Bucks is safe for at least 2 seasons .... colingwood have a pretty young side and they are building some embarrassingly good midfield combos .... they will rise up the ladder next season .. they will be next seasons WCE who are last seasons Port

Maybe give Holmes a trot in a game we can't win like R23 against West Coast. IF Holmes is to play and IF he hasn't totally earned it with his performances at Sandy, then it will be mainly for publicity & marketing and for the feel good value (both Jason's and the fan's). Nothing at all wrong wi...

Re: I think we'll get a top 4 pick in the draft.
Brisbane, Essendon, Calrton and us will struggle to win again this year in my opinion.. gold coast will get one more win .. Melbourne will win at least one game and would fancy themselves a chance in round 23 if GWS are not in finals contention ... percentage will play a part and it will come down t...

realistically its best practice to flip these guys regularly for their career they want to be involved with as many top class organisations and for the team changing up the routine can be a good thing ... its not like these guys reinvent the wheel a lot of the practices are simular from one to the o...

very underated player .. his kicking isn't as bad as what some will have you believe I actually think he is a vital cog to our team he brings that aggression and pace to the backline

its funny reading the flood of Essendon supporters who are still in support of hird .. I don't get it they are commenting that caro got her man, that the AFL finally got what they wanter etc etc... I don't get the blind loyalty I think if it was our club and someone did what hird did to the club reg...

Re: Hird sacked
Anyway. The question for us is, can the Bombers win two more games? The Dees should do the business this week. If the Bombers can get up twice we can get pick 4. Unlikely I know. Essendon wont win again this year...they will struggle to find a win in their intraclub match at this point You are prob...

Re: Hird sacked
I feel sory for the players honestly ... this whole year was a total waste for them because they put their faith in the guy that was meant to be the leader of them ... as a footy player you gotta buy in to the coached plan and philosophy but it became more and more evident that hird was in it for hi...

The players have spoken..Their performances have told the tale. They sent a strong message in the last month. Sack this flog. Probably true but the CAS appeal has obviously really destroyed the players commitment to footy. Thanks Robbo. Sounds like the Hird apologist line. Wada aside there is no ev...

Re: Is history repeating itself
First, great post. For me the main difference is I dont think the top end is there yet (more than happy to be proved wrong), but what i do think we have in spades is a good depth of solid performers. I think guys like Newnes, Wright, Ross, Templeton, Hickey, Longer, Membrey, Weller (although any co...

The one that gets me the most was attempting to strike. Never touched the guy. Jumper punches are worse.. Then the Alessio jumping on his leg. Then baker pushes him off with his foot and gets done for that. And the Stevie J incident plus many more. Some people say he is a thug then Mitchell is a th...

Wasn't Mav also supposedly a massive flog when GC got rid of him. They're just kids, they're going to play up from time to time If they're still doing stupid s*** in their mid to late 20s they don't have that excuse. Yes but Mav cost very little, whereas this bloke won't come cheap. No he won't but...
