Re: Jaeger. The one that got away?
Finding it really ghoulish the way several people here are taking great delight in a young mans injury troubles. Like Freeman, why don't you be half decent and give him a couple of years to try and get back to full capacity before gloating so much. Nothing to do with taking great delight in his inj...

Re: Stevens can accept 1 week.
It didn't seem the two actions they don't like to me. And he had one arm free. Bummer for Koby who hasn't had much luck what with dodgy prawns and all. He's been a great addition to our clearances and tackles. Maybe Weller in and give Gresham/Minch/Sinclair more time on ball to see what they can do....

Re: Hickey goes off injured
So .. All those who want to trade Longer , what if it's a serious injury? I hope it's not at all serious as I'm sure everyone does, but surely some of you may now see why we have our ruck depth, and why we need to keep it. Hickey and Longer are both required They may both be required but there is n...

Nope. Bruce, McCartin, Members, Battle, Marshall, Roo - Carlisle/Goddard as swing men - we're well stocked with big forwards. A genuine onballer is what we would give up top picks for.

Melboure v Hawks is a bit of sophie's choice. Melbourne win and not good for our finals chances but good for our hawks pick.

Re: Changes for the Blues
I was disappointed with Paddy's effort yesterday. If he cops a week give him one more game at Sandy then bring him back. For next week I definitely would consider promoting Marshall and giving Roo a rest. Seriously what were you watching. On a shitty day for big forwards he hit pack after pack smas...

Re: Changes for the Blues
I wonder whether Roo might be rested this week, as he did look a bit sore against the Giants. If so, is Marshall a sneaky chance of being elevated? Did Paddy do enough to come in if he is not suspended? Know anybody game enough to make such a suggestion to him? Good luck with that. Last time I chec...

Re: Deliberate out of bounds rule
I like the rule. You have to make an effort to keep it in not just go straight at the boundary like the tigers player did. Its giving the game more live-ball time which is exciting.

Did Paddy do enough to come in if he is not suspended? Paddy definitely did. 7 the week before, 2 this week and helped set up about another 3 others. I...

Re: Revealing Our Hand
Kicking it long to the big forwards stood out in the preseason and most of our games this year. Our kick-to-handball ratio has gone up apparently. This is the continuation of the forward press Richo really ramped up last year. This year you can even see a guy like Brown almost on a half-forward flan...

Sorry to hear the bad news P. Most important question - can you get to see the games in hospital - number 1 priority now we are tearing up the comp  All the best with the treatment. Re: VFL Rd 4- Sandringham vs Nth Ballarat- TV game
On another note, another exciting effort from the Marshall. 13 touches, 6 marks and 3 goals. On a day that was not made for his type. Looked to be our most exciting tall forward. ! You want to give some credit to McCartin who kicked 2 and probably set up another 3? paddy doesn't get enough credit f...

Re: Looks like Paddy's in trouble.
Its like there is just one thing after another with Paddy. You just hope he's not one of those cursed players where things never quite line up. Still got plenty of time but you have to remember he's been taken off early in a lot of the senior games he's managed to play with injury and concussion. Ho...

Re: VFL Rd 4- Sandringham vs Nth Ballarat- TV game
Freeman marks and goals - his first VFL goal!!!!! well done freezer So, does that mean that he didn't play any VFL games with Collingwood?? If that's right, I didn't realise that the poor bu@@er had such a bad run. My understanding is he only played a few preseason games with pies and that was it. ...

Sandy will count their lucky stars they got away with that. Were a couple of men down. But got dragged down to Ballarats level. Sandy lacked run too. Mckenzie was good early but didn't do a lot later. Sandy aint a fast team.
