Dear Archie and Rod, In the future can we please employ legal representation with a proven track record of success at the AFL tribunal. This isn't the first time we have shot ourselves in the foot due to inappropriate instruction. I'm surmising that whilst the people we have employed have been bril...

That's the problem he DID NOT SAY THAT *SIGH* I'm not arguing with anyone, I'm just completely bewildered about it all. Does anyone have or can post exactly what Baker has said to actually incriminate himself. Other than saying he blocked a player? Either am I just discussing Can anyone remember th...

Kosi/Gia would also be viewed differently under new rule I realize this now, but isn't this ridiculous that it's gotten down to a battle of words over an illegal block of a player. Nowhere has Baker stated that he himself ran into Farmer, but more than Farmer ran into him. Baker should and must be ...

The point where we did stuff it up was that baker should have been instructed to use a different word or phase to describe what he did. He shouldn't have said 'blocking'....it has a more agressive tone to it. Rather he should have said some like : 'I was trying to slow my opponent down by gaurding ...

I have a feeling the club will try and prove the trainer was lying. If we can do that, I expect not only to have the sentenced overturned on appeal but to sue the lying sack of s***. clearly been mentioned that tribunal weighted their decision on what Baker actually said. No it's not clear. It's cl...

From what I understand Bakers own comments were one of the main reasons the tribunal jury reached its decision. Did our defence team instruct Bakes NOT to say he meant to block and was lookink to instigate contact..... that is what formed part of the charge.....he was reckless which led to the injur...

Remember 'Whispers in the Sky'. Four independant witnessness all claiming to have heard the umpire's comments, all disregarded. Case close. Did not happen. Only result was that Maguire kept schtoom and baecame the first game show host to run a commercial network (still think Larry Emder needs to ge...

Because it was obviously an accidental goal perhaps? That's how it appeared - unless Milney has perfected the reverse floater flat punt fader. I which case their may be a case to include it. In this instance was attempting the team thing and was kicking to the top of the square..... did not hit it ...

I posted this on BigFooty: There are: 1. No eyewitnesses except members of the general public. Those officials who can make admissable statements did not see the incident. 2. No conclusive video evidence. 3. No physical evidence of Baker's guilt - the only physical evidence is of Farmer being assau...
