Maynard's collision was the aftermath of him actually trying to smother the ball. Jimmy's was just a bad decision to jump in and crunch the player. I think Lyon was playing younger guys as he had nobody else fit enough to see out games. We saw a lot of potential as a result, but he will not persist too long with anyone who gets beaten in their position- he was brought in at great cost to try and win a flag.

Heatley was an a good forward whose kicking for goal was incredibly accurate. I remember his defensive game being pretty ordinary, and used to get pushed off the ball in contests pretty easily. Probably could have played more games for us.
