Simple. Have the brains / common sense not to take em in the first place

Not sure what the law is in WA but a person found in charge of a motor vehicle that refuses to comply with a breath/blood test gets a 2 year loss of licence

Just because there are no handcuffs does not mean a person isn't under arrest.

Cuffs are used at the discretion of the officers if they believe them necessary for their safety or to control the person, prevent escape etc

Im not prepared to elaborate as I dont know how accurate the information I have is plus theres legal issues at stake.

Im merely saying I also heard about Cousins today so there could be some element of truth to it.

When I was working at the G today I had a person approach me and was told the Cousins was in some strife. He told me abit about it which Im not sure I should mention here.
