At Pick 64, with great Speed and Elite kicking skills, Leo sounds like a good young pick-up. Much better basic skills than we have been recruiting in the past - warm bodies.

Firstly, blame our Recruiters and secondly, our Development people - all professionally useless. The players are being being "very" highly paid to play football. That primarily means "kicking." if they can't kick, then hire/recruit those that can - that's what they are being paid...

I think that the loss is more about the players and their lack of basic skills, than the Coach. With Ratten's background, you would expect that he would know the strategic side, inside out.
