Pretty much showed that we're just not at the level of Geelong. What I didn't appreciate though, is how well coached they are. They set up a really good zone which we couldn't penetrate and also exposed our defenders. So often, our defenders got found out when they zoned off opponents they thought w...

Disregarding what Bartel did, I thought CJ was fantastic and probably our 2nd best behind Sam Fisher. He was one player who could actually stick a tackle and put Geelong under some pressure.

I don't think it will be as much of a problem as the fact that we are playing Collingwood is. Our inconsistency this year, has meant we've been in this situation a few times and have generally shown that we can bounce back well. Generally, it seems that teams in this position generally bounce back p...

We were simply outplayed and outclassed by a far superior team. Our commitment was strong and while there wasn't the total 150% beyond call commitment that we needed to overcome Geelong, the commitment was there and strong nonetheless. Our structures broke down and too many of our players didn't pla...

That's terrible news for someone who had really established himself as an important player in our team. Timing couldn't be worse for him and I think this weekend is when we may miss him most as he may have been the man to take Steve Johnson who I think poses a massive threat to us.

His effort was fantastic today and it resulted in one of his best games for the year. He's going to be extremely important this week pushing forward as well as pushing back as it's likely they'll try to stretch us by pushing Ottens forward as much as possible.

Just reported on channel Ten that Max is out for this week. On Kingy, he only played 43% TOG yesterday so I reckon he must be a bit sore or something. It'll be interesting to see if anything happens with Kingy.

Big test for RL in what is shaping to be a massive game. We better be up and switched on becuase Collingwood could come out real hard and fired up.

At least we are finally playing Port at TD for the first time in years. I could never understand why we would always choose to play them at Aurora, thus losing one of the few games that we actaully had a home advantage.

We generally bounce back pretty well just as the media start writing us off again, just like we generally drop the bundle when the media starts talking us up. But thus far, we have actually escaped the media's attention.

Well what I've learnt from this week is that unless you're Geelong you are going to have to put with a certain level of incosistency and see your side drop easy games. Based on that it is so hard to predict what is going to happen because no one other than Geelong has the consistency to win all the ...

While there probably isn't room for him as a tagger with Dempster and the emergence of McQualter I can see him becoming a decent running HB or back pocket because from what I can remember he has a decent kick when he can get his hands and is also a good mobile size. Plus, the way the game is at the ...

Disposal let him down yesterday, but his being in the votes isn't an indication that he was all that gooder player, but instead that he was one of the least worst of many bad players on the day.

As LVR is in his second year we can't retain him on the rookie list. But could we still delist him and then redraft him in the rookie draft? Can't see Attard going anywhere other than onto the senior list. Basically cemented himself in the 22 last year and if he isn't kept as a rookie next year, it ...

He was quite good today and is going to be real important in the coming weeks with the injury to Maxy. Only think I could really pick him up on was when he gave away a free kick for a massive shove in the back. It was always going to be a free kick every day of the week so I just don't know a player...

It was always going to the be the case that so much would be dependent on Roo. But always when we struggle, our delivery turns to rubbish but the Eagles boys played him pretty well after quarter time despite him still kicking 5 goals. Thank god, Kosi will be back next week is all I can say. Today ou...

Definately going for the Crows to beat Sydney. We should win more games in the run home than Adelaide and if we are relying on beating Adelaide to 8th or 7th making any impact in finals would be a pretty sill thought anyway.

One of the worst individual games I've seen and it should definately be back to Casey after that. However, I wouldn't be writing his career off yet. He's been relatively good most times he's played and just had an absolute shocker today.
