i've never said x is soft. I think he did look a bit lost though, and confidence sapped him. when hes on fire as he was a couple of games early in the season he is AN excitiement machine. for st trav WA, st mart gave a brief of how brooks is going in casey and given that report i dont know why he is...

lets hope his form carries through to the seniors, because rix isn't much and he is way better than clarke.

its like watching goddard shooting for goal, he can't miss at training.

i've already mentioned tim allen.

x clarke is another one that kicks a lazy bag in practice with apparant ease of a step.

perhaps there is too much in the run ups, x should just bang off a step like training?

disagree with you SB10, x clarke has done a lot of good things and had quite spectacular impacts on games, with brilliant tackles, dashing pace, fabulous intercepts and couragious spoils. IMO he needs to go to the back line and be told 'stick like glue' to blah blah and give him a job to win his con...

And how would Peckett and Powell be in todays game where leg speed is king? Answer is nowhere. frankie was fast. he was kept off the wing by jones, winmar, matty young, gilbert mcadam, and others during his career, when he was let on the wing he proved quite damaging. powell was never fast, he was ...

What experienced players have we lost in the last few years that haven't been replaced with equivalent or better players? we miss powell. of all the players who have left we are missing someone fast enough to line up opposition players in the centre square, and defend our running players. ball, hay...

so you arguing that we have some young developing of players coming through? LOL i've been arguing about the list and team for ages. and by all accounts mini is tearing it up in the boiler room for casey, armitage is doing damage in front of goals, gwilt is solid in defence and watts, brooks and van...

Xavier Clarke #3 St Kilda Saints Age: 23yr 10mth Games: 94 X is basically 24 with close enough to 100games....he really needs to start playing more like a 100 game player. concur. seems to have gone a bit backwards this year, running to the wrong places, confidence evapourating, mistiming leaps. We...

Gumby was a gun kid who just didn't pan out. i think he was taken to st kilda as a 16 year old and didn't put on weight and more importantly height. Brooks I hve read a few critiques off, both positive and negative. Watts was a gun kid, if he had another inch or 2 might have been a very good ruckman...

yeah I noticed we have removed s. fisher who was very good as a defencive defender into the free man in defence with little impact, and gram who was an attacking player who could cut a swathe through the midfield into a negative defender. I can't understand why one of our genuinely fast players is b...

not playing devils advocate but mixed reports from attendees have indicated van rheenan ws doing a lot of the rucking from some and brooks was doing a lot of the rucking from others. TBH as a selfish saints fan, I would love to see either brooks succeed at st kilda or be banished for ever to a trash...

fair call on beating tassie, but V2, watts, brooks have consistently been in the top 3 or 4 players at casey. Given brooks's age, and the comparison with macintosh and his 1 year out with an injury, his form this season would suggest that given many 'bests off' in casey his form warrants selection i...

also we were marvelling at how much extra time he was spending on the ground this year compared to last year. perhaps despite his brilliant early season form, he should have been marshalled a bit more? i guess when u have a guy capable of getting 30 possessions in 75% game time, the temptation to le...

Attard started teh season on fire and seemed to be one of the finds of the year, his form has tapered off but you'll always get that with kids, its question of consistency. l Fisher is class, but is struggling atm. CJ >< needs more work inhis game, and could do with more coaching to get his disposal...

nah, he doesn't waste time on forums like I do

he's actually quite an older gentleman in his 60s.

I often give him a hand getting news from the web, he's fine on mail, and various databases etc, and a quick study, but not really a time waster like me :D

Re: Judd and trouble at WCE?

they still want him on their list and he is playing with jabs at 1/2 time and pre game. : really? geez couldn't think why they want him on their list  >< well the story goes they are trying to take advantage of his injury by lowering the contract price from what was discussed earlier this sea...
