Re: Who would you pick?
If he's fit, Dow goes in
He is the one I wanted to see play the most of our recruits.

Re: The Eagles
Development. Another topic I guess but Owens, Windhager and Philipou gone backwards 100mph this year. Alarm bells I would have thought. If they do not work, then it’s nearly curtains for the club with Tassie coming in and hoarding all the picks. Low and behold we’d find ourselves on the bottom agai...

Re: Could we get a selection surprise this week?
Garcia should start, he and Windhager and hopefully Owens should grow into a strong midfield group.

Re: Garcia. Great Debut
Garcia, Wilson and Windhager all look like uber-competitive types. Hate losing and hate being beaten in a contest.
Good to have some of that white line fever intensity in there. It would inspire everyone including senior players to see the drive of Garcia to win the ball

Re: King cleared of ligament damage
Max would sit very comfortably in the best forwards in the competition.
He needs to lead more, but elite marking and work of the deck put him right up there.
Still improving.

Apparently he covered 15 km in the game, equal highest.
Looks to have a bit of a form dip, but he'll be back.

Brad Crouch has been terrific since coming across, no reason he can't keep going for another 2 years.
Of those named, LDU would be worth throwing the kitchen sink at.

Re: Hastie
Slightly surprised to see him ahead of Garcia, who is a genuine mid as opposed to a HBF.
Not sure he adds to the rotations given we already have Stocker on the bench.
But always exciting to see some new talent.
He is bound to start as a Sub.

Re: Max King 1 match suspension rough conduct
At least as bad as Webster's hit.
Knocked him out, so what if the ball was in the area....he wasn't going for it, and the Swans player was facing the other way.
Very interested to see how this is adjudicated

If Crouch wasn't fit for last match, why was he selected?
Good to see Jones and Sincs back.
Garcia a better option for Sub.

Re: Phillipou
Agree with OP You can't just play him on potential. Should have been dropped last year. If we're worried about dropping him before he re-signs, than that shows weakness at selection. Should not be in the middle rotation yet, HFF is his go. Maybe 5 mins on the ball once he has shown he can compete. H...
