If the answer is no - use the year as a development one and GET GAMES INTO THE KIDS - including playing those in unfamiliar roles to develop them. We've consistently had one of the youngest sides this year. Games are being put into the kids....

Our defensive forward play seems almost non existent of late. I noted at one point, maybe half time, it was 13-4 forward 50 tackles (we were the 4). This used to be our bread and butter (or maybe bread and Butler), we get the ball inside 50 and it doesn’t come out til we score. Now it seems like one...
