Sippo is on a modified program after shoulder surgery, this usually means doing pretty much Jack with your upper body for 8+ weeks then resuming on a very light program.

You cant over train and or rush a shoulder repair, these things take time, what is it you guys want?

Siposs would be on a modified program probably doing Pilates at most right now.
