Onfield leadership is non existent.
A few players melted under the slightest bit of pressure.losing to a rabble like that hurts.

Collingwood have turned up the pressure. A few players found wanting at this level.

Can’t undo mistakes made in the past which includes signing Gresham, Billings and Coffield to ridiculous contracts.

As much as I dislike Collingwood they did this with Grundy, Stephenson and to a lesser degree Treloar.

155 games and could count the good ones on one hand. Eventually need to cut your losses and accept he isn’t good enough.

Schultz is better than Gresham by quite some distance. Kicks more goals, a better field kick a better defensively.
Perhaps Gresham might pull his finger out now but to have paid him $800k a season for what he has deleivered its not hard to see why they were happy to see the back of him.

First round pick for Gresham is a great result for us.
