Re: Is Pelchen sticking around?

Took Ellis over Pendles, Dowler over I'm not sure, Thorp over Selwood. Wasn't behind recruiting buddy. Had nothing to do with Burgoyne, Hale, Gibson, Dew, Lake etc etc Did Hawthorn have one person making all of the draft calls? Did we too? I don't think you can realistically say "he took"...

Well that was irrational garbage based on idiots perception of a 20 year old and where he was at in development.

Pick 75 in a diluted draft does not become one of the best quarterbacks in the game

Re: Is Pelchen sticking around?

Meh! He came in 2009 when we were unbeatable! He leaves the club in 2014 when we might be lucky to win 3 games in the coming season. What the hell has he been doing? Trading out stars to get draft picks. What a rocket surgeon... +1.....yep...f***ed the club...now he has f***ed off.....brilliant.......

Re: Is Pelchen sticking around?

Thats f****** bulls***.

Pelchen was seemingly responsible for the leaving of Lyon and the sacking of Watters...now the cause leaves prior to the job done.

So f*** that and f*** him.

if we sent 21 and get 6 back then yes, if GWS was keen on Petrecca then sure thing.

can see a few guys fluttering through our forward line next year with no Maister and Stanley. likes of Siposs, Lee, Membrey, White, Markworth, Gilbert, Bruce, and the twin towers in Hickey and Longer. Re: Best 22 round 1 2015

Remember how Matthew Richardson got a new lease of life when moved from the forward line towards the end of his career at Richmond.............. he played mostly up on the wing. Young Jack Reiwoldt started to improve as he wasn't in competition with Richardson in the foward region.....................

Re: Where our improvement has to come from

I think some supporters underestimate how much an impact Mr Geary has on our side and the young players - ok he might not have the most exquisite skills but his heart, passion, attack on the ball is huge and his massive enthusiasm most defenitely impacts on the side ... Re: Richo on drafting Saad

I would drop Schneider for Saad, but that's just me. I also don't know why Beams and Ryder are worth so much in trades. I live in France and haven't watched a game in bloody ages, live or even on TV. I base all my info on what I read. But I can't see the value of keeping Adam S in our player squad ...

Re: we might have competition for next years spoon

The dogs will be pretty good IMO Killer young midfield, dangerous forwardline. Our only chance is if the bombers receive decent bans, but even then they will probably get some assistance. Agreed, honestly reckon 2-3 wins might see us out for 2015. Depending on the bombers ban we might beat them. On...

I will Never post here again... Seriously tho... I got the numbers incorrect. We are taking Membrey in PSD so it's for free. If we trade both both picks 21 and 22 for something near 17,18,19 etc it's similar trading Stanley for pick 17? As Membrey is a given Idiots. You in particular redeemer And b...

TOT , Con Easy to pick figures on " clever" drafting and pick numbers. One thing to take into consideration is that it's a lot easier to hide players away from Victoria than it is in it. I can promise you for example that Chris Grant went to the Bulldogs in the old days after pick 70 (73?...

For starters Sydney have pick 18 &, secondly, that pick has been committed to Isaac Heeney as an academy player.

Re: Rhys Stanley for Pick #21

If we give up a later pick and Stanley for pick 21 it's a dumb trade. There is no such thing as overs. The fact that a team will pay $1 million a year to an 18 yo who has played 7 games shows there are no overs in footy. If you are buying something on potential the price is what someone is willing ...
