Re: RTB's Presser

Ratten has proved that he could coach with the performances he got out of North Melbourne when he took over from Clarkson. Yes, they didn't win any games, but they could so easily have won four or five, they just didn't have any luck at all. He also did a very good job with us, particularly in 2020....

Re: Sandy at Wonthaggi

We have to rid ourselves of this alignment. This is exactly why when players return to the senior team they look nowhere near ready. Substandard reserves alignment. Given that our seniors have struggled for players all year due to injury, and players with long layoffs due to suspensions, we can't af...

We have lost by 8 points at geelong 3 points to essendon 1 point in Canberra 10 points in Adelaide to Port 5 points in Launceston 60 points to WB who are up and down like the proverbial. I said at the beginning of the season that if we win the games we usually don't (esp. at i/s and regional venues)...

Hate to ruin your thunder NDC… But the Bermuda Triangle has throughly been debunked as a myth. In terms of location, where things went missing, what was found… with modern tech, more or less everything has been accounted for so there is no mystery there. We have an 8-9 record in Tasmania. 6-6 at York Park in Launceston. 2-2 vs Hawthorn in Launceston. It is meant to be 19° and sunny in Launceston on Saturday. 9/9 - we beat Fitzroy at North Hobart Oval in a match in Hobart in 1991. Lockett kicked a bag! Was RTB playing for the Lions that day? Yes.

Re: In a way the Hawks will be the ultimate test .

To be able to adapt to Tassie weather, I suggest 1. Boys go for swims daily at Melbourne beaches 2. Walk to training from the carpark without a jumper or a hoodie 3. Wear shorts at home all week and don't put the heater on The other hazard when they go on interstate trips is the all you can eat buf...

Like it or not, if we want to play finals , then this is a must win game. We have a poor record interstate especially in Tassie. Hawks have a good record in Tassie - and beat us on our home deck Marvel last time we played, They will be chock full of confidence after a big win and knowing they beat ...

It's not the Saints, it's Sandringham and it's a joke. Can we please, please get our own reserves side anytime soon. I'd be buggered if I can see how that would help. The Kangaroos reserves side looks like a joke to me. The fact that we aren't 50 points ahead at half-time is also a joke, but it's n...

They played consecutive prelims in 2014 and 2015 and finals again in 2016 before sacking their best players to fast track a rebuild.

Re: King ...out of form or

I saw King make space in front of where we were sitting (Bay 24) and the kick went directly to the benefit of the opposition. I think the problem isn't the forward in this situation, but the release kick, or whatever you want to call it, into the forward line. Mids and wingers getting space on their...

Re: St.Kilda 🆚 Bottom Teams

If North beat us they will only be 1 game behind us on the ladder, aren't we a bottom team? That's a big 'if' and it won't happen today. There has been a lot of talk on here about the games against North last year. Firstly, the first game we played them last season we beat them very easily. They ne...

Re: Things we must do v North

North Melbourne have conceded 100 points or more in every game this year, and average just 71 points a game. We average 73 points a game. North have have actually kicked more goals than us in 2024. We need to score 80+ in my opinion. We've only done that once in our last 9 games. Twice, we did it i...

Start off well, show a bit of composure and try to kick 20 goals.
