Re: Mitch Owens

Bump I hope Goddard and Lyon give Owens another shot at playing as an inside mid against Richmond This hasn't been brought up in other threads as far as I am aware, so thought it needed discussing Ross had Mich Owens in the middle from the start of the game against Brisbane. That's something that s...

Re: Battle

If and I stress if we make a Grand Final Max will be the reason we win. A big statement I know but he just needs a run at it without being injured. Have you ever thought that some of his behaviour is based solely on his frustration not to perform at the level he knows he has. Have a look at Curnow p...

Re: “Innovate or perish: Why the numbers just don't stack up for Ross Lyon“

As someone who witnesses training twice a week I can assure you it’s not the game plan. The training drills and ball movement are fast, in some cases kamikaze speed. It is basically all out attack. Good news for both Hunter and Fruity. Hunts knee escaped any serious injury. And to dispel any doubts Clark’s pre season with running and weights was first class. Doesn’t mean he enjoys the weights session, but he does it. Van Es likely to go on long term injury list

I can assure you no one is more vocal and proactive to the AFL than Basset. He is a true Sainter so when the supporters feel an injustice has been done, I promise you he is just another disgruntled supporter who actually has a voice to the AFL. And he uses it. But as we all know it’s a fine line. Up...
