I always think it's going to be an interesting week at the selection table but nothing ever happens.

What to do with big Gardy as well... must be tempting to play him after a great performance for Sandy again.

I'm guessing Baker will come in. Walshy... who knows.

The media has gotten worse in my opinion this season... They speak sometimes as if their opinions are gospel truth and then are made to look like absolute flogs 5 minutes later.... and then will have the nerve to spit some other opinion out 5 minutes later again... as if it's gospel truth contradict...

Fev is a gun. We already have a senior group so his influence on a young list would be minimal. No one has ever questioned his ability with a footy in his hands and power forwards don't grow on trees. He's exactly what we need for ONE last crack at a flag. I believe we've received some monies at some point for poor the stadium deal in maybe 2009. No special assistance though. I agree it is annoying that our club has busted it's guts to get ITSELF into a good position yet we're still lumped in with clubs who always have their hands out.

Time to roll the dice, next year is our last shot before this core group move on. No point dying wondering. It also frees up Walsh to play somewhere else and Kosi to play in the ruck... Seems a great fit.

The way Melbourne are going about their recruiting process, it must be putting a fair few noses out of joint around town. I would honestly be AMAZED if Ross left.

Got a strange feeling they may try to squeeze Gardy in over the next fortnight and play kosi/Gardy ruck forward and Benny rotating off the bench. Only because he got a great rap from Andy Lovell last weekend. 20 hitouts and 15 touches... but who knows.
