Re: Changes this week
Membrey wasn't available against Sicily and last week was his first week back I'd be inclined to play Tim on Tom Having said that, maybe Coops can surprise me and maybe he's ready to take another scalp I am not sure that Membrey has played as a defensive forward? Plus Stewart is 2 cm taller than Me...

Re: Changes this week
Sharman is the obvious tall out. So Sharman went how against Sicily? So Sharman went how against Vlastuin? Just as well Geelong do not have Tom Stewart playing.... Sicily had really good numbers and was the 3rd highest ranked player for the Hawks. Sicily was reduced largely to getting cheap out the...

Re: Jordan Lewis about coaches
Do you need a good leader/coach - yes But does a good leader/coach guarantee success - no And has anyone ever said a good coach alone would guarantee success? = no Successful teams do most things right. Coaching is just one of multiple factors that need to be gotten right. But without a good coach ...

Re: Ross Lyon’s year of experimentation
I think while our injuries have provided opportunity to get games into the kids, that RTB has actually erred on putting even more games into them than injuries alone required. This will help us going forward. Caminiti for example now knows that he neds to build his body up if he wants to play key fo...

Vortex Is hilarious...could be a stand up comedian at the saints disco back in the day ..too smart for his own good ..but he did cream his pants with that Cooper goal . it was a good goal, I love goals, my a favorite part of the game, but why did he get subbed out, I apologise in advance if I have ...

Re: Reality
If you look at the list changes for this season we went for more youth. Ignoring everything else you would expect to slip. But to be better for it in a season or three. IN Anthony Caminiti (pre-season supplemental selection period), Zaine Cordy (free agent, Western Bulldogs), Olli Hotton (No.35 draf...

Re: Reality
If you think Ross is happy with that performance you don’t know him. He doesn’t rave and rant but he’s not cuddly. He is honest and to the point. He takes no prisoners and knows what he wants. And if you don’t deliver you know. Trust me RTB needs to back it up with action during this trade period. ...

If you have Kayo already, you can use a VPN but I found this very hit and miss. I think it now detects the VPN, and will not play till it is turned off, and then the geo locator blocks. I my recent trip though USA/Canada I watched my daughter's Foxtel account through a VPN and it work every time. H...

Re: Meh to the Sharman doubters.
Interesting that he is selected in the side this week against Carlton with all the following medium to tall forwards (who have played that position this year) available- Caminiti, Phillipou, Cordy, Owens,( all selected) and arguably King, Membrey, Holmes( returning from injury) Holmes??? Is that yo...

Re: Mass exodus
I don't see a mass exodus coming. It really depends on whether the club is successful in trading in players and in gaining any free agents. If the club is active in that which is wat Stavro on Bigfooty is suggesting the club is trying to do, and probably where the "hearing" in the OP came...

Re: Ladder predictor
Just depends which team turns up Both us and the opposition. If you look at Geelong they have been just as variable as we have been. Also the Tigers, and Blues. Lions as well, but not as much. Plus they are much better at the GABBA. Cats are definitely beatable if we play smart and fast football fo...

Re: Meh to the Sharman doubters.
3rd lowest stats and managed only 1 tackle and dropped a few sitters against the 3rd from the bottom. Ok, so Sharman and Bruest both only had 8 disposals. Both had ! tackle. 5 marks to Sharman, 6 to Bruest. Clearly both must have been crap with no influence on the game. I didn't watch Bruest that c...

Oh and some dude named Sicily had 22 intercept possessions and won the game for the Hawks last time. Sicily only had 8 this time. Now why was that? Who was his opponent this time?
