Re: Rhys Stanley for Pick #21

There was a smallish game last month that showed where we need to get to in regards to game intensity. Does anyone on here really believe that is a level that Rhys will ever achieve? I've not seen it, in fact at times last year I thought he shouldn't get another game for the remainder of the season ...

Re: Jack Billings

The main aspect of his game yesterday that I disliked was his mentoring of Montagna. He really should have been more aware that his teammate was on zero disposals for the quarter (1st) and got him a "cheapie". Very poor leadership. I'm concerned about him

Re: Gia takes out someone else

Taking out the Gia dog/not dog argument the thing that's always astounded me is that the incident was used from that day forward to whack Kosi about his coordination. Yet every time I've seen that vision (including looking straight down that wing on the day) I see the end result of 2 players being k...

Re: Tom Ledger

some footballers need their "rough edges" knocked off them when they come to a club. On the flip side some others need their "smooth" (teflon) edges knocked off them. When you grow up playing in a "nice" sort of area you may not be all that accustomed to the range of pe...

Re: Rendell to be sacked by Crows?

I feel sorry for those like BobMurray that have never had the pleasure of sitting down over a long lunch with Matt Rendell. That was him at his provocative best . Saying something to get someone moving rather than just accepting the status quo. Matt is all about improvement whether it be an individu...

Hey Enrico I went over to Plugger's ton game too (went on the bus from the football club - Keith Rosewarne was on the bus too and he had some great stories). I was in the group of Saints supporters that you were talking about. I totally agree about Football Park, it was a million times worse than Vi...

Luke (and perhaps his family as well) have to come to terms with the fact that his teenage/early twenty's are gone. He quite obviously is no longer viewed as a top 3 draft pick.....ie if Luke Hodge or Chris Judd were still available they would command the number 1 or 2 draft pick. Collingwood "...

I always had this theory with Tim that he actually wasn't too bad a match day coach but he was a terrible, terrible Thursday night coach* and this was the major contributor of many losses under him. I have had exactly the same "gut" feel about Ross since mid way through last season and hav...

I know this forum is "Days of our Lives" and someone can come on after a year of the show which equals about half an hour in plot lines but is BigMart the same as StMart? Cause I rememer the draft day 3 years ago when "Brad Howard" had no sooner left JB's lips that StMart (who ha...
