Geeze I reckon its very average. No home games for opening and closing rounds AGAIN. 6 twilight games. Only 4 MCG games. 2 back to back interstate trips. More 6 days breaks than any other team. And as an interstater, only 2 Sat night games. Not overly thrilled at all. The last round against Carlton...

16 games at either the MCG [4] and 12 [etihad 11 home/1 away] makeS this an excellent draw...and believe me I haven't been happy with our draw for years...despite the 6 day breaks I think this is our best draw for at least 4 years...BRING IT ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think even Allan Jenes said George Young was the most talented player he had ever coached. That was saying something. 8-) pretty fair judge...think that George and Barry Lawrence stood out as extra special for me as a kid..any older supporters care to back me up re Lawrence..sorry to digress ..re...

Work with a very close friend of the family and hadn't seen her since Harves had been ruled out as a coaching candidate..seems he is pretty miffed which surprised me a bit given his experience versus the 3 he was up against.. May'be it was the way it was handled...but in the end it seems a little pr...

The best of them ..George Young and Nicky Winmar..similar players with sublime skills...remember seeing George Young destroy Esendon in an elimination final in 72 or 3 ...weren't too many better saints than Georgie in full flight ;-)

Yeah, definitely Seaford... Harves saw the town and was shocked I heard, couldn't understand why anyone would ever be associated with Seaford... Eh? Didn't Harves play childhood footy at Belvedere Park? Think ..hope ..that was sarcasm..this really annoys me that the people are assuming that if he w...

There has been no continuity in our list management for years. The new blokes will hopefully address that, but we are paying for the sins of the past. Not sure who you can whinge to or about on that one. All gone. We didn't lose any guns. Imagine the outcry if Goddard had gone. At least we have our...

Happy Day

We have done it tough the last 3 years and there was a real sense of change and letting go of the bitter recent history today with the way Watters handled his first press conferen...

Re: My thoughts and initial impressions of our new coach.

Right from the start I want to state this - THIS IS NOT A CRITISISM. In the presser announcement thought he spoke well but mainly motherhood statements. A few things about this 1) He is media savvy and knows the game so his answers were never going to be big statements 2) He has only just walked in...
