RB and board are running the club, got the club in good financial shape and ready for a big 2008. Westaway and his ego-driven crowd are challengers who are destabilising this club -let 'em wait and don't be sucked in by yet another potential board offering gold at the end of the rainbow.

Williams is a top coach and an expert in player development. I disagree about GT developing Roo, NDS especially as I think NDS made little progress under GT, we just saw his natural skill, but in three seasons he hasn't gone the expected next step. I hope RL and the recruiting team look out for another strong, tough half forward as that's one of the things we missed this year.

Definately recruiting wasn't up to scratch, but I think the club has taken steps to improve that this year on.

NDS has stood still in his development for a couple of years.. until he learns to put four quarters together and works harder on his defensive game, he wont be mentioned in the same breath as other elite midfielders- fantastic talent, but in 2008 needs to go the next step.

I think our supporters/members have been passionate, but lethargic for decades. We have to start demanding of the club, success and stability and demanding strongly. The years of watching members be satisfied with a good peformance in losing, sticks in my mind -that mindset has gone towards instabil...

Apart from RB being a motor-mouth and having an ego bigger than John Howard, I see no real reason to chuck out the current mob..I feel the future is looking good and I have faith in RL.

Looking at Collingwood, Adelaide, Kangas and Hawks..I reckon had we have been in the 8, we would have done a fine job.

Pity..Banfield is better than a lot of coaches going around and it's a shame that he had to try and mould a team around a bunch of disinterested Saints players -especially during GTs time.

Put faith in RL and look forward to 2008.

Bomber is not pulling all the strings at Geelong as coach after Costa's review earlier on, but anyway, I think they have managed injuries beter than us over the last few years and developed younger players better -something GT forgot about.
